Our Mission:
The Master of Science Degree in Real Estate will give you state of the art professional skills in and a comprehensive understanding of real estate investment, financial and quantitative decision making processes, property valuation and land economics, knowledge of  ethics and legal issues and market and feasibility analysis techniques.

The MS Degree in Real Estate curriculum has been designed to address both real estate academic topics and professional practice issues. Research-based knowledge and practice-based methods co-exist comfortably in lectures and class discussions.

Instructors include experienced UST full-time business faculty and selected  outstanding practitioners in the Twin Cities business community. Their backgrounds support the diversity of disciplines, perspectives, and experiences that contribute to the MS Degree in Real Estate program's uniqueness and value.

MS Degree in Real Estate learning is collaborative. Instructors offer background information and models which are explored and applied in class. Students contribute their own real estate experiences from a broad range of specialty areas to class discussion.  This creates a strong connection and understanding of the topics being studied.
