The UST MSRE provides students with a curriculum that covers all aspects of real estate. Students are able to specialize in different areas of real estate but required coursework allows them to graduate with an understanding of the big picture. When they work with those in other specialty areas, they are better equipped to effectively communicate with those coming into projects or deals from different perspectives. Decisions are made with an understanding of all components that affect the project rather than a limited, specialized view.

The UST Real Estate Alumni Association organizes networking events and takes part in many events for current students.

The UST Real Estate Advisory Board include prominent leaders from the Twin Cities real estate industry who guide activities, suggest new programs, attend UST MSRE events and coordinate mentorship and internship opportunities for students.

For a Flexible Degree Program.
Students can complete the UST MSRE in as little as 24 months on a part-time basis while working full-time, or by completing the accelerated 16-month program. By taking courses in the evening, students are able to work in the real estate industry during the day. The ability to complete a degree program while working in the industry allows students to turn the lessons from class into action items the next morning at work.
