About the Program

The Master of Science in Degree Real Estate provides students with a comprehensive understanding of real estate financial and quantitative decision making processes, and advanced issues in valuation and land economics, knowledge of critical legal issues, and techniques for market and feasibility studies and real estate investment analysis.

The Master of Science Degree in Real Estate is characterized by ethically responsible and socially conscious real estate decision makers and industry leaders. Graduates of the program work in all aspects of real estate. Areas of employment include commercial and industrial brokerage, corporate real estate, valuation, finance, development, investment, asset management, government service, and non profit organizations.

Admissions Deadlines

The Master of Science Degree in Real Estate has start dates each fall and spring. For priority consideration, application materials should be submitted by the stated deadline; applications submitted after the deadline will be considered only with advisor approval.

Priority deadline for fall applications is July 1.

Priority deadline for spring is December 1.
