MSA - Professional Development Seminar - Wellness

Professional Development Seminar is a year-long course in the M.S. in Accountancy program. This course is taught by Kristine Sharockman, director of the UST MSA program. Usually held on Friday mornings, the Professional Development Seminar features topics and speakers focusing on the development of each UST MSA student as a highly-effective working professional in the accounting industry. 

Wellness and Self-Care


Mary Battista of Prairie Health Companion will be talking about how diet and lifestyle can improve overall health, happiness and productivity in the workplace. 

Battista is the sole proprietor of Prairie Health Companion. She is a graduate of University of Wisconsin - Madison with a B.S. in physical therapy.  Battista served on the Eden Prairie Schools Wellness Committee and is a recent graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a certified holistic health counselor. Battista is currently working toward her sports trainer certification.
