Additional Requirements for International Students
TOEFL
If English is not your native language, you must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and achieve a minimum score of 550 on the written test, or of 213 on the computer-based test, or a total score of 80 for the internet based test (iBT) with a minimum score of 20 for both the writing and speaking sections of the test. Test scores must be current within two years. We will also accept a minimum MELAB score of 80 or minimum IELTS score of 6.5 for admission.
The TOEFL is generally waived for students who possess a degree awarded by a U.S. institution of higher education. We must receive an official report of the score directly from the ETS (code 6110).
For more information on the TOEFL exam, go to www.toefl.org.
