Presenter: Kristina Halvorson is widely recognized as one of the most important voices in content strategy. In 2002, she founded Brain Traffic, a content strategy consultancy whose clients include AT&T, Autodesk, Thedacare, Carnegie Mellon University, BMC Software, Merck, Best Buy, Target and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Halvorson was instrumental in establishing content strategy as an essential practice in user experience design, communications strategy, and organizational design. Her seminal article, “The Discipline of Content Strategy,” was published in 2008 by A List Apart, the popular online magazine for web professionals.
