Program Format

The Master of Business Communication is a part-time, evening program for communicators who want to expand their communication expertise while building core business knowledge.

In classes on our downtown Minneapolis campus, you will learn from experienced faculty as well as from students working full-time as communicators in an exciting breadth of organizations.

Admissions Deadlines

The UST MBC program reviews applications three times a year in August, January and April.

Upcoming deadlines:
January 4, 2010, for spring semester.
April 16, 2010, for summer or early fall consideration.
August 2, 2010 for fall semester.

   

Not ready for a degree?

Students seeking a shorter, more specialized course of study may earn a certificate in one of four areas of concentration:

Marketing Communications
Public Relations
Business Writing
Management Communication

Certificate students complete six graduate courses including a minimum of three courses from their area of concentration and three other complementary courses from the curriculum.
