NAWMBA Mission Statement and Objectives

The National Association of Women MBAs (NAWMBA) is dedicated to empowering women MBAs and graduate women in business; to propel more women into leadership positions in corporate America; and to enhance the diversity of the nation’s workforce.

UST NAWMBA Chapter Objectives

The UST NAWMBA chapter facilitates the development of UST MBA programs and UST MBA students by sponsoring educational, community-building and networking opportunities that empower UST MBA women to face career and organizational challenges in a proactive manner. Our goals are to

  • Foster community through mentor opportunities, networking events and discussion groups where UST MBA women share knowledge, think about issues from various perspectives and learn how to be proactive managers of their own careers and organizational experiences
