Marketing Club

Goals

The goal of the UST MBA marketing club is to provide opportunities for UST MBA students to gain exposure to a variety of marketing careers and to facilitate the development of UST MBA students by sponsoring speakers, events and networking opportunities with local marketing professionals.  


Marketing Club Objectives

  • Facilitate educational events and speakers from a variety of marketing careers
  • Provide networking opportunities with local marketing executives
  • Foster long-term relationships between the Full-time UST MBA program and local marketing professionals and corporations
  • Promote UST as a premier program for graduate students in marketing

2007 – 2008 highlights

  • March, 2008: Ann Simonds, President General Mills
  • November, 2007: Panel of marketing executives from several companies including Best Buy and Medtronic
  • September, 2007: Bill Tester, Senior Brand Manager Ameriprise Financial

Plans for 2008 – 2009

  • Marketing panel of speakers from a variety of well-known companies
  • Luncheon and tour with Timberwolves marketing executive
  • Networking events with marketing professionals and alumni
