Human Capital Management Club
Mission
The UST MBA Human Capital Management Club provides UST MBA student professionals with experience and knowledge in developing and executing human capital strategy. We focus on strategic high-performance organization management practices, including those related to organizational behavior, the interaction of individuals and teams in organizations and effective organizational change in the global business environment. Human Capital Management Club seeks to encompass all aspects of business and understand how Human Capital Management relates to those aspects.

- Provide UST MBA students with exposure to the work of human capital professionals and those in human capital functions.
