Human Capital Mangement Club

Mission:

The UST MBA Human Capital Management Club provides UST MBA student professionals with experience and knowledge in developing and executing Human Capital strategy.  We focus on strategic high-performance organization management practices including those related to organizational behavior, the interaction of individuals and teams in organizations, and effective organizational change in the global business environment.

Goals 

• Provide UST MBA students with opportunities for furthering their education and developing their networks in the Human Capital professions.
• Provide UST MBA students with exposure to the work of Human Capital professionals and those in Human Capital functions.
• Working with faculty and staff, enhance UST MBA program elements related to Human Capital.
