Laura Goodrich is a global workforce innovator and change expert with more than 25 years of professional experience as an innovator, speaker, coach, adviser to leaders worldwide and a distinguished voice on change and the future of work. She is the award-winning author and producer of the book and film Seeing Red Cars: Driving Yourself, Your Team and Your Organization to a Positive Future.

“Seeing Red Cars” is a way of looking at things that encourages participants to focus on what they do want instead of what they don’t. By having a positive focus and taking action, participants will be motivated to move themselves and their organizations in the right direction.

In this session you'll learn how to energize and align a team by turning damaging thoughts  and behaviors into positive outcomes. Participants will be introduced to the Seeing Red Cars mindset, a comprehensive transformation methodology which serves as a road map for equipping people, teams and organizations to be more adaptive to change.

To facilitate networking, seating is limited to the first 60 registrants.
