Programs
The Shenehon Center for Real Estate works to develop programming to meet the needs of real estate professionals. Programs have been developed for those working with both residential and commercial real estate.
Programs developed by the Shenehon Center for Real Estate include:
- Commercial Real Estate Specialist Program (CRESP): a scholarship program with a goal of training and augmenting the career development of individuals from groups that are disproportionately absent from employment in the commercial/investment real estate industry.
- The Annual Business Valuation Conference: a day long conference offered each year in late January or early February. This conference covers topics of interest to attorneys, accountants, business brokers, business owners, commercial real estate brokers, lenders, investment bankers, appraisers, and others who regularly encounter business valuation issues.
- Professional Development Programs: the Shenehon Center for Real Estate develops real estate programming offered by the Center for Business Excellence. In addition to real estate programming, the Center for Business Excellence offers over 250 executive and professional development programs in Leadership & Management,General Business, Operations, Ethics, Finance, Fundraising, Marketing, and Business Communication.
