The Norris Institute office is in Suite 435, Office 430 of  Schulze Hall on the downtown Minneapolis campus of the University of St. Thomas. The address is 46 South 11th Street, on the corner of Harmon Place and South 11th Street. Public parking is available at street meters and in ramps at 11th and Harmon, 11th and LaSalle, 9th and LaSalle and 10th and Hennepin.
