One of the few institutions in the nation to have a comprehensive and advanced program in entrepreneurship, St. Thomas has successfully developed and implemented core curriculum for both undergraduate and graduate students. The learning experience is a well-rounded process grounded in the liberal arts.
Our Entrepreneurship faculty have expertise and experience in diverse areas, and all are entrepreneurs or service providers themselves.
Case studies and simulations from actual work setting are used in all undergraduate and graduate programs.

The Morrison Center’s non-degree program portfolio has been designed to meet entrepreneurs’ full range of needs. Programs are designed in a number of formats, from one hour informational to multi week sessions.

Growth Strategies for Closely Held and Family Businesses Conference – This conference, targeted to owners of $5M-$100M in sales, explores six levers for entrepreneurial growth: marketing, human resources, leadership evolution, technology, financial management, and governance. Hosted by the Morrison Center for Entrepreneurship and the Family Business Center.

Annual Entrepreneurs Conference – The Morrison Center hosts an annual conference on a vareuty of topics.
entre Today Breakfast Series -This breakfast series is designed to serve the entire entrepreneurial community by providing the best just-in-time information on a broad range of entrepreneurial topics.
Annual Entrepreneur Award Dinner- Honoring key entrepreneurs from the greater Twin Cities area, as well as student practicing entrepreneurs, family businesses and franchisors. Scheduled every spring in downtown Minneapolis.
Custom Programs - The Morrison Center develops and implements custom programs for companies, organizations and associations of all sizes. These programs are delivered through the Center for Business Excellence.
