Trend Benders: Leveraging Economic and Demographic Changes to your Advantage

Building the clinical and executive bench depth required to deliver quality, accountable care has never been more challenging.

The physician shortage, changes in workforce demographics, health care reform and persistent economic recession are beyond your control. However these challenges create opportunities for health care organizations and leaders to succeed in new ways. This interactive session will review and engage the group in lively discussion about current trends and effective strategies for physician recruitment and retention, and executive leadership development.
