Program Will Feature
Distinguished speaker Dr. Bret Haake will help participants explore a leading adaptive leadership model and will demonstrate when and how such leadership is exhibited. You investigate ways to create an appropriate environment for change, to recognize barriers to change and to recognize work avoidance. Participants will also discuss how individual values and factions within an organization can inhibit work, and how to "stay alive" in the face of leadership challenges.
