Meet Elizabeth Mansfield
"The EMBA cohort experience is like no other. It offered the opportunity to learn from real-life experience and build lasting relationships that I maintain to this day."
Many people who pursue a graduate degree do so because their employer is encouraging them to get their degree or they find they need it to get to the next level in their organization. I decided to get my M.B.A. for my own personal and professional growth. I asked my employer to help me with tuition and they did, but then I left the company and had to pay it back, so I ended up funding it entirely on my own. That said, I would do it all again because of the value I got out of the Executive UST MBA program.
The EMBA cohort experience is like no other. It offered the opportunity to learn from real-life experience and build lasting relationships that I maintain to this day. Plus, the pre-planned course schedule and ease in attending classes made it ideal for my busy life.
When I consider the key aspects of the learning experience, I realize there are too many to cite. I refer to my course anthologies all the time, for example. What I can say is that my education from UST has taught me to be a much broader thinker with a better understanding of the systematic interdependencies and relationships of many things.
