The Management Department offers a broad range of intensive courses designed to develop and enhance technical, analytical and conceptual skills. Our curriculum emphasizes practical application of organizational theory and on developing students' organizational and professional skills.

Our outstanding faculty ensure that our students acquire the concepts and tools to establish an organization’s long-term visions and goals, as well as oversee and improve its daily routines. Regardless of the industry or sector, people with these skills are universally valued. The Management Department provides a comprehensive, quality graduate education that hones the skills needed to continue on a successful career path. Students enrolled in the Full-time UST MBA or Evening UST MBA programs may choose to specialize their management studies in one of the following areas:
