Chaska

Hazeltine Gates Building

For students who live or work in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities, we have created a satellite location in the Hazeltine Gates building at 1107 Hazeltine Boulevard, just off Highway 41 in Chaska.

Classrooms are located on the third floor, with the room assignments posted in the third floor lobby.

Course Schedule and Class Size

Currently, only Evening UST MBA core and capstone courses are offered in Chaska. The average class size is 20.

To view current course offerings in Chaska:
1. Visit http://www.stthomas.edu/classes/search/
2. Choose the desired term.
3. Select "Chaska" (not 'Chaska-EXT') from the Site dropdown menu.
4. You may further limit the search with Subject, Day, and Level selections.
5. Click the "Search" button.

Directions and Parking

Take I-494 to Highway 5 west (not County Road 5). Follow Highway 5 through Eden Prairie and Chanhassen. Approximately three miles beyond Chanhassen, Highway 5 west will intersect with Highway 41. Go south on Highway 41 for two miles (toward Chaska). Turn left on Hazeltine Boulevard and proceed to the white office building on the left.

Parking in the lot adjacent to the building is free and permits are not required.

Computers

There are computers available onsite for student use.

Textbook Services

Textbooks for satellite and Minneapolis facilities are available at the Minneapolis Campus Bookstore, on the first level of Terrence Murphy Hall, or via the online bookstore.

Student ID Cards

Student ID or  “Tommie eXpress” cards are required to access buildings, the library, athletic facilities and public computer labs.

Library Services

The O'Shaughnessy-Frey Library is located on the St. Paul campus. The Charles J. Keffer Library is located on the Minneapolis campus. Both facilities include information commons with computers and standard software, in addition to extensive print collections and professional staff.

Students can do research online by accessing the St. Thomas Libraries Web site. Students who live outside the Twin Cities metro area can request that books and articles be sent directly to their home, through interlibrary loan distance services.
