Bloomington

France Place Building

Students working or living in the southern metro area will enjoy the convenience of our Bloomington satellite location in the France Place building at 3601 Minnesota Drive, just northeast of the 494 & France Avenue exchange. Classrooms are located on the fifth floor of the building, Suite 505.

Course Schedule and Class Size

Currently, only Evening UST MBA core courses are offered at the Bloomington location. The average class size is 30.

  1. Visit http://www.stthomas.edu/classes/search/
  2. Choose the desired term.
  3. Select "Bloomington" (not "Bloomington - EXT") from the Site dropdown menu.
  4. You may further limit the search with Subject, Day, and Level selections.
  5. Click the "Search" button.

Directions and Parking

From the St. Paul campus: take I-94 west to I-35W south. Follow I-35W South to I-494 west.  Go west to exit #6B/CR-17 – France Ave.  Turn right (north) on France Ave. to Minnesota Drive and turn right (east). 
 
From St. Paul: take I35-E south to I-494 west.  Go west on I-494 to
exit #6B/ France Ave CR-17.  Turn right (north) on France Ave. to Minnesota Drive and turn right (east).

From the North, Northwest: take I-494 south/east to exit #6B/ France Ave - CR17.  Turn left (north) on France Ave. to Minnesota Drive and turn right (east).

Parking at the Bloomington location is free.

Library Services

The O'Shaughnessy-Frey Library is located on the St. Paul campus. The Charles J. Keffer Library is located on the Minneapolis campus. Both facilities include information commons with computers and standard software, in addition to extensive print collections and professional staff.

Students can do research online by accessing the St. Thomas Libraries Web site. Students who live outside the Twin Cities metro area can request that books and articles be sent directly to their home, through interlibrary loan distance services.

Textbook Services

Textbooks for satellite and Minneapolis facilities are available at the Minneapolis Campus Bookstore, on the first level of Terrence Murphy Hall, or via the online bookstore.

Student ID Cards

Student ID or  “Tommie eXpress” cards are required to access buildings, the library, athletic facilities and public computer labs.
