Young people and their hosts will be coming to the University of St. Thomas later this week from throughout the Midwest for the Steubenville North Conference, which will be held this weekend on the university’s north campus in St. Paul.

Many of the attendees will be arriving in school and coach buses. To facilitate the orderly drop off of guests, the buses will be staged in parking lots N and M from Friday through Sunday. Lots N and M will be closed from 5 a.m. Friday, July 29, to 5 p.m. Sunday, July 31.

Parking will remain available for employees, students and guests in the Anderson Parking Facility throughout the three-day event. (Parking is not allowed from 2 to 5 a.m. in the Anderson Parking Facility at anytime.)

Additionally, parking will not be allowed on Summit Avenue westbound from Cleveland Avenue to Finn Street from 5 a.m. July 29 to 5 p.m. July 31. Vehicles parked in that section of Summit Avenue during this period will be subject to citations and towing by the city of St. Paul.
