W-2 forms mailed to home addresses Jan. 30

The University of St. Thomas W-2 tax statements for the year 2007 were mailed to all employees at their home addresses on Wednesday, Jan. 30.

The W-2 tax statement also is available for viewing on Murphy Online under Employee Services and Tax Forms. Current and previous years are available for viewing. A Print box at the bottom of the viewed form provides the option to print a W-2 that can be used when filing taxes.

Here are some helpful hints:

• Hint one: To print the online W-2 form, click on "Send to the printer" and it should automatically format the W-2 to fit the printer defaults. If not, select File, Page Setup and Landscape Orientation before hitting the Print button.

• Hint Two: You can update your home address, office address and payroll check mailing address, via Murphy Online under Personal Information and Update Addresses and Phones.
