As a behavioral and chemical ecologist, my research interests are focused in pheromone communication and related mating behaviors of diverse animal taxa, and in applying these understandings to solving real-life problems such as nuisance species control or conservation. In addition to moths, the invasive common and Asian carps are the model systems of my research.
