In conjunction with the "Traveling Distant Waters: Canoes in Asmat and the Upper Midwest" exhibition, Mark Neuzil and Norman Sims, authors of CANOES: A Natural History in North America, will present a brief program on their work as it relates to dugout canoes and canoes from the Upper Midwest and sign books. 

Also appearing will be artist Mark Hamel, who contributed to the Canoes book and the exhibition, and exhibition photographer Dodd Demas.
