International Applicants

Nonresidents of the United States are encouraged to plan well in advance of the application deadlines. In addition to fulfilling the requirements for degree-seeking status, applicants should also submit additional required documentation listed on the International Admissions and Aid Department Graduate Application Checklist.

English Proficiency Requirements

  • TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) a composite score of 80 on the Internet Based TOEFL (iBT), with a minimum sub-score of 20 on the written and speaking section. (The St. Thomas TOEFL code is 6110).
