In a time where so many architecturally-significant residences have been razed, the preservation of the Winton Guest House is truly a gift.

The University of St. Thomas restored the building to nearly-new condition, and will work to maintain it as such. But to widen the appeal and the educational opportunities of the house, it will take additional support and care.
