April 14 - May 29, 2009
O'Shaughnessy Educational Center lobby gallery

This exhibit portrays the experience of North American pilgrims along one of the typical pilgrimage routes to the city of Santiago de Compostela in northwest Spain.  Sacred Steps on the Camino is a traveling exhibition of prints and photography on the Camino de Santiago created by the College of William and Mary and made possible through the generous support of the Xunta de Galicia, Spain and its Office of Tourism.  Generous support has also been provided by the University of St. Thomas College of Arts and Sciences, and Deparments of Modern and Classical Languages and the Department of Art History.
