Stoked: Five Artists of Fire and Clay is a nationally touring exhibition celebrating thirty years of the Saint Johns's Pottery, and  featuries ceramic work by artist in residence and master potter Richard Bresnahan and four former apprentices; Kevin Flicker, Stephen Earp, Samuel Johnson and Anne Meyer.

The opening reception, Thursday, October 4th will feature a lecture at 6:30 p.m. by Dr. Matthew Welch, curator of the exhibition. A reception will follow the lecture in the gallery. Dr. Welch will be signing copies of the exhibition catalog he curated, Stoked: Five Artists of Fire and Clay. The catalogue is published by Saint John's Liturigal Press.

Matthew Welch's lecture and the reception are co-sponsored with University of St. Thomas Alumni and Constituent Relations.
