The University of St. Thomas Master's of Art History program invites you to attend its first annual graduate student reseach symposium and keynote talk. This year's papers from graduate students across the country will address the theme of Word & Image from a variety of perspectives in the field of art history. Talks will begin at 9 a.m. on Friday, November 5 and you can find the list of student presenters and their topics here.
To start the event on Thursday night at 6:00 p.m. Professor Eugene Wang, noted art historian and the Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Professor of Asian Art at Harvard University,
will deliver the keynote address, "Has the Moon Ever Driven the Chinese Mad?"
