Up through 2011, the permanent collection has grown from 1415 works to 1678. An additional 402 pieces are currently being processed. Expanding the collection contributes to its depth and offers more opportunities to understand cultural issues connected to changing imagery, techniques, and materials. Fiber art by established artists including Beata Atakat and Sabina Tocinyap are included as well as works by up-and-coming artist Jocita Kayoa. This exhibition runs through 12-21-2012.
