Robyne Robinson: Hands and Heart. A Global Perspective of Art, Design and Philanthropy February 01, 2012

Robyne Robinson is a collector, jewelry maker and philanthropist. Her jewelry designs, pieces from her private collection and tea bags made by South African women will be on display. Robyne will present a lecture at 6:30 p.m., Friday, March 16th. A reception in the gallery will follow the lecture.

AMAA@UST Set to Open in Anderson Student Center January 06, 2012

The AMAA@UST will have a gallery in the new Anderson Student Center located on the St. Paul campus. The inaugural exhibition, Deconstructing Eden: Identity Rediscovered, opens on February 13th with a reception in the gallery Friday, February 24th at 6 p.m. Art History graduate student, Natalie McMonagle, is curating the ehibition.

The gallery will be open for regular hours on February 13th.

AMAA@UST Director Julie Risser Contributed to Art Museum book. December 15, 2011

Large format book, The Art Museum produced by Phaidon, features three pieces from the St. Thomas collection and contrains chapters written by the American Museum of Asmat Art director, Julie Risser.
