Use of Campus Facilities

As a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, you are eligible to use or rent several facilities on campus.

Libraries: UST alumni are welcome to use any St. Thomas library. Alumni also may access electronic resources and check out materials, depending on the policies of each library. Locations, hours and other information on the Libraries page will help you find what you need.

Athletic Facilities: Alumni are welcome to use on-campus athletic facilities. For alumni memberships to north-campus facilities, contact Dave Lepp at (651) 962-5905 or dflepp@stthomas.edu. For alumni memberships to McCarthy Gym on south campus, contact Dennis Denning at (651)962-5924 or dldenning@stthomas.edu.

Meeting Space: During the summer, the St. Paul campus opens its doors to outside groups for meetings and overnight, multi-day conferences. Throughout the year, the Minneapolis campus and the Gainey Conference Center are open to outside groups for meetings and conferences. The Gainey Conference Center is one hour south of the metro area, in Owatonna. This full-service conference center with 160 acres of property offers a special location for meetings and overnight conferences.

Are you planning a trip to Rome, Italy? If so, consider staying at the Bernardi Campus of St. Thomas. Located minutes from the Vatican, the Bernardi campus offers "bed and breakfast"-type accommodations (shared bathroom facilities) to alumni at a special rate.

Weddings: Every year, almost 100 alumni weddings are held in the Chapel of St. Thomas Aquinas on the St. Paul campus. Space also is available on campus for rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions/dinners.
