Kristine is the unit administrator for Tk20 CampusWide. She provides assistance to the Accreditation Liaison Officer and Academic Affairs by collecting assessment information from all areas of the university. Kristine also oversees the creation and development of Academic Affairs documents such as the Undergraduate Catalog, and Faculty Handbook.

Linda manages the Registrar's and AIC websites, administers the FERPA online course and quiz, creates training materials including documentation, computer based training modules and assessments and provides training and support on the Banner student module. She also processes security requests for Banner student module, and assists end users with questions associated with Banner registration, academic history, faculty load, grading, time ticketing, and adding attributes.
