Physical Training 2009

Physical Training (PT)  is a key aspect to ROTC.  Cadets need to stay in peak physical shape to accomplish the demands of the active duty Air Force.  Cadets will take a Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA) once a semester, this involves push-ups, sit-ups, and a 1.5 mile run.  To prepare for this Cadets attend 2 PT sessions a week.
