Preparing for College Academically
St. Thomas requires that students take at least three years of math and recommends that students take four years.
To prepare for college, it is also recommended, but not required, that students take:
- 4 units of English
- 4 units of a foreign language
- 2 units of natural sciences and social sciences
The more challenging the classes taken in high school, the easier the transition will be.
