Peter Nystrom works as the marketing director at the family business, Nystrom & Associate, Ltd. He manages and directs the marketing division of the company, does all the purchasing for the company, and plays an integral role in the growth and expansion of the company.
Heather Farr works as in the family business, Vision Staffing Solutions, as a staffing specialist where she places people on assignment in various capacities daily.

Dr. Ritch L. Sorenson has been an owner in a family business. He is former editor for Family Business Review, the premier journal in family business. Based on conferences he has sponsored, Dr. Sorenson publishes books, including Family Business and Social Capital and The Landscape of Family Business (forthcoming).He has conducted national studies of family business and has publications about family business conflict, leadership, succession, collaboration, and ethics. Dr. Sorenson participates actively in a variety of professional family business organizations.
