Athletics are a strong part of the UST tradition.

Whether you want to be a member of a varsity team, compete on one of our club teams or just play for fun in one of our intramural (IM) leagues, we have a variety of programs at your level of competition.

Club Sports

Club teams offer a chance to compete in a non-traditional sport against other colleges locally and nationally. Teams practice regularly, and both men and women may participate.

Intramural Leagues

Intramural sports are a great way to stay active at UST, and various leagues and tournaments are offered throughout the year. All you need to participate is a desire to stay active, competitive, and most importantly, to have fun!

Even if you're not an athlete St. Thomas provides a variety of opportunities to be involved with the sports teams.  A dedicated fan base is just as important as a strong team, so wear your Tommie purple and support your school!
