Undergraduate Evening Program (UEP) Application

Step 1: Review the UEP timeline.

St. Thomas has a rolling admission application process. Applications are reviewed as they are received. Priority deadlines for Undergraduate Evening Program students applying to St. Thomas are:

    • Fall Semester:  August 1
    • Spring Semester:  January 1

Step 2: Review the UEP application requirements.

For UEP Transfers
The University of St. Thomas reviews applications on an individual basis, and a variety of information is considered in the decision process.  Factors that will be considered are:

    • Number of transferable credits in baccalaureate-level coursework from a regionally accredited college, university or community college
    • GPA of at least 2.3 in transferable work
    • Writing sample

In addition to completing an application, you must submit the following:

    • Official high school transcript(s) or GED
    • Official college transcript(s)
    • Writing sample 
    • Dean of Students form
    • Optional: ACT or SAT results.
    • Optional: Letters of recommendation

For UEP First-Time Students
To determine your readiness for the coursework at St. Thomas, we will review the following:

    • Official high school transcript(s) or GED
    • ACT or SAT test scores
    • Writing sample
    • Optional: Letters of recommendation

Note:  All transcripts MUST be official and sent directly from the institution(s).   Facsimiles and photocopies are not considered "official."
