Undergraduate Application Checklist

For your application to be reviewed by the admissions committee, all of the following items must be sent with your application:

• Completed Application Form
• $30 Application Fee (Bank draft or personal check drawn on a prime U.S. bank or international money order)
• Official High School Transcripts (final) and Certificates and/or Diplomas
• All Official College and/or University Transcripts (If applicable)
• Students who are transferring from another U.S. college or university must complete and return the Dean of Students Form (PDF).

 
Send as many of the following items as you can with your application.  You must send all of the following items before you can be fully admitted to St. Thomas:

• Essay (Topics on application form)
• English Language Competence
• Completed Financial Certification Form (PDF)
• Official documentation of your financial support current within the last 3 months
• A copy of the picture page from your passport
• Students who are already inside the U.S. must submit a copy of their current visa and a copy of their I-94 card.
• Students who are transferring their visa status from another U.S. school must also submit a copy of their most recent I-20 form or DS2019 form. 
• Students who are transferring an F-1 visa from another U.S. school must also complete the SEVIS Transfer Form
• Optional submissions:
  International Student Scholarship requirements.

Please note:  "Full admission" is required to obtain an I-20 from the University of St. Thomas.
