UG Application Checklist

For your application to be reviewed by the admissions committee, all the items on this checklist must be sent with your application.     

• Completed Application Form
• Essay (Topics on application form)
• English Language Competence
• Completed International Student Questionnaire and Financial Certification Form
• Official documentation of your financial support current within the last 6 months
• Official High School Transcripts (final) and Certificates and/or Diplomas
• All Official College and/or University Transcripts (If applicable)
• Students who are tranferring from another U.S. college or university must complete and return the Dean of Student Life Form.
• Transferring students must also complete the SEVIS Transfer Form
