The University of St. Thomas has a rolling application deadline. However, to ensure an accurate and timely process, we would advise international students to begin the admission process at least one year prior to the time they wish to enter the University.
Priority consideration for scholarships and admission will be given to students who apply by the priority deadline.
Since the inception of SEVIS and the requirement of personal visits to the U.S. Embassies abroad, it is even more important that you allow time for the application process and enough time to schedule your appointment with the U.S. Embassy.
Priority deadlines for all students are:
Fall Semester: January 15th
Spring Semester: September 15th
Final deadlines for all required submissions for freshmen and for transfers living outside of the United States are:
Fall Semester: July 10th
Spring Semester: December 10th
Final deadlines for transfers living within the United States are:
Fall Semester: The fifth day of fall classes
Spring Semester: The fifth day of spring classes
NOTE: All application materials must be submitted before the application will be sent to the admissions committee for review.
