To apply for on-campus housing, send the following to the Office of International Recruiting and Admissions:
Housing is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis and is not guaranteed by the University of St. Thomas.
Indicate your housing preferences on the housing application form. If you receive on-campus housing, you will be notified of your housing assignment within a few months.
Students who choose to live off campus can find housing in the safe, quiet residential area surrounding the St. Paul campus. Through its Commuter Center, St. Thomas maintains a list of rooms and apartments available in the vicinity.
If you plan to live in non-university housing off campus, it is your responsibility to find accommodations and make the arrangements yourself. Apartments are rented from the 1st day of the month.
Visit the Commuter Center homepage to get started. To get current housing information, select "Off-Campus Housing Listings" and "Display the Housing Listings" to get current housing information.
