Housing is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis and is not guaranteed by the University of St. Thomas.

Before you apply for housing:

Off-Campus Living

Students who choose to live off campus can find housing in the safe, quiet residential area surrounding the St. Paul campus. Through its Off-Campus Student Services office, St. Thomas maintains a list of rooms and apartments available in the vicinity.

If you plan to live in non-university housing off campus, it is your responsibility to find accommodations and make the arrangements yourself.  Apartments are rented from the 1st day of the month.

Visit the Off-Campus Student Services homepage to get started.  To get current housing information, click "Off-Campus Housing Listings."
