
To apply for on-campus housing, send the following to the Office of International Recruiting and Admissions:
Housing is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis and is not guaranteed by the University of St. Thomas.
Before you apply for housing:
- To see the residence halls, visit Residence Life.
- To learn more about food, visit Dining Services.
Indicate your housing preferences and your dining preferences on the housing application form. If you receive on-campus housing, you will be notified of your housing assignment within a few months.
You can move into your assigned room as early as August 29.
Students who choose to live off campus can find housing in the safe, quiet residential area surrounding the St. Paul campus. Through its Off-Campus Student Services office, St. Thomas maintains a list of rooms and apartments available in the vicinity.
If you plan to live in non-university housing off campus, it is your responsibility to find accommodations and make the arrangements yourself. Apartments are rented from the 1st day of the month.
