I toured the campus and I felt very comfortable here. I felt that it was the perfect size--not too big and not too small. I also loved that it had a campus in Minneapolis--right in the middle of downtown!
All the campus activities. There is always something going on and there are so many clubs that can really help you get to know other students and faculty.
It's really easy to get around and there are lots of different types of places to go. The Twin Cities are filled with sporting events, music venues, museums, and a wide variety of restaurants and it is really easy to get to all these places using public transportation or the St. Thomas shuttle that goes to downtown Minneapolis.
I am involved in CultureLink, which pairs internationals student with American students to get to know each other and build friendships. I also work in the on-campus residence halls as a Resident Assistant. I also am a member of the Math and Actuarial Science Club, as well as T.E.A.C.H. club and SHINE. I also just love going to all the sports games and campus events that go on!
Applying and getting everything you need together can be challenging but don't let it stop you! Keep working on it and ask questions if you are confused!
