What can I do with a major in....?

Middle/Secondary Education

St. Thomas students interested in becoming high school teachers (grades7-12) may earn a minor in secondary education. The secondary education program enables students to major in a specific academic discipline they would like to teach (such as Spanish, physical education, or biology) and to minor in secondary education. The minor, awarded by the University of St. Thomas, provides the education course work required for a secondary education teaching license.
