Spinning

Spinning can be a great way to get in a vigorous workout -- burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape. Set to heart-pumping music and featuring changes in speed and intensity, spinning is a great way to offer a calorie burn comparable to aerobics without the high-level of joint impact. For everyone: from the beginner to the highly experienced exerciser. The emphasis is on providing a fun and effective workout for all fitness levels.

You must be a current ARC member in good standing to purchase a fitness class. Space is limited for each class and filled on a first come, first serve basis.
