Have you taken a few intro to power yoga classes, and you are curious about what is next? Intermediate power yoga is a class designed to support your transition. Intermediate power yoga will introduce you to postures common in an advanced power yoga class. You will move at a pace designed to build internal heat, engage and build core strength while you focus on alignment and breath. Throughout the session, this class will build into a rigorous yoga class with demanding strength postures that will have you moving, breathing and sweating! Previous experience with power yoga is highly recommended.
