This Fall 2015 the AARC will be offering a new way of fitness classes. The classes will be offered at a flat rate, which will then allow you to attend any of the fitness classes offered. You can purchase a session, a semester or an academic year (Fall/Spring Semester). Orientation/Training will be offered on September 14th where you can check in and inquire any questions or concerns. There are two sessions per semester: Session 1: 9/21/2015 - 10/30/2015; Session 2: 11/2/2015 - 12/18/2015
The following fitness classes will be offered this semester: Yoga Sculpt, Butt & Gut Sculpt, Spinning, Zumba/Group Fitness, and Cross Fit.
