Classes Offered

This Spring 2016 the AARC will again be offering a new way of fitness classes. The classes will be offered at a flat rate, which will then allow you to attend any of the fitness classes offered. You can purchase a session, a semester or an academic year (Fall/Spring Semester). There are two sessions per semester: Session 1: 2/8/2016 - 3/17/2016; Session 2: 4/4/2016 - 5/12/2016

The following fitness classes will be offered this semester: Power Yoga, Strength & Yoga, Spinning, Zumba, and Yoga Sculpt.
