Cardio/Strength Circuit

A full body workout that concentrates on cardiovascular movements and weight training with brief recovery periods to provide a total body workout with maximum results. Can involve upper and/or lower body work during the sculpting portion of the class using various equipment. Build strong lean muscle and create a hard core! Cardio, strength and abdominals training for all fitness levels.
