Boot Camp

Do you want to start the new year off with a challenge? If so, Boot Camp will push your body to the next level. Throughout this program, participants will work hard, but see fast results.  The class will meet first thing in the morning on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  Boot Camp incorporates a wide variety of programs and exercises that will deepen your fitness base and sculpt your body.

Boot Camp will not be offered in the summer of 2013.  Please check back in September 2013 for future offerings of Boot Camp.
