Boot Camp

Do you want to start the new year off with a challenge? If so, Boot Camp will push your body to the next level. Throughout this program, participants will work hard, but see fast results.  The class will meet first thing in the morning on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Boot Camp incorporates a wide variety of programs and exercises that will deepen your fitness base and sculpt your body.
