Certification Program in Church Business
Administration (NACBA)

NACBA 2005 Classroom

The Saint Paul Seminary School of Divinity of the University of St. Thomas offers a certification program in church business administration. The program consists of two continuing education seminars, each two weeks in length, accredited by the National Association of Church Business Administration (NACBA), which established its guidelines. Interdenominational in nature, it is open to anyone who has or is seeking work experience in church business administration. The seminars cover topics on Personnel Human Resource Management, Staff Development, Congregational Leadership, Theology of Stewardship, Office Management, Information Management, Property Management, Strategic Planning, Financial Management, Stewardship of Self, Legal and Tax Matters, Christian Perspectives and Theology of Church and Theology of Church Administration.
