Tutoring Information

The Mathematics Resource Center (MaRC) @ OSS 235 supports student learning in mathematics through free drop-in peer tutoring as a service of the UST Mathematics Department for any ACTC student taking MATH 100 through 200. How to Use the MaRC info here.

Solution manuals for all supported mathematics courses are available for use with the deposit of a UST student ID card.   Group study areas, wireless connectivity and extra learning sessions are other features of the MaRC.

The MaRC assists with Math Placement Exam preparation and administration.  Check the links to the left for more information.

The Mathematics Computer Lab (MCL) @ OSS 214, with 20 Macintosh computers, is available afternoons and evenings for student access to mathematics-related software: Mathematica, Matlab, Minitab, and Geometer's Sketchpad.

MaRC tutors help students in mathematics from Mathematical Sampler thru Calculus III.
