Kathy Mann Arnott is the Office Manager for the Legal Services Clinic (LSC) of the Interprofessional Center for Counseling and Legal Services.  Prior to joining the Legal Services Clinic in July of 2003, Kathy worked in higher education at Macalester College and as a legal assistant for an attorney in St. Paul, MN.  Kathy is responsible for the administration and operations of the Legal Services Clinic and serves on various School of Law and University committees.  The LSC allows for the melding of Kathy’s interests in Higher Education Administration and the law.

Outside of her work at UST, Kathy is a Director on the Lex-Ham Community Council and volunteers regularly in the St. Paul Public Schools.

Kathy is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Public Policy and Leadership at the University of St. Thomas.
