FY '09 Information Technology Goals
- By August 31st complete 2008 summer server replacement effort (COMPLETE) and by May 31st plan for 2009 summer server replacement effort (IN PROGRESS).
- By Sept 1st complete phase II (de-provisioning) of the Identity Management implementation - (COMPLETE), and determine phase III scope and go forward by Nov 1.
- By Sept 30th implement phase I of the Campus EAI portal in production. (IN PROGRESS)
- By Dec 31st create the high level design plans for a new data center.
- By Jan 31st implement student module of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). (COMPLETE
- By Jan 31st, in conjunction with Institutional Research, Human Resources, and the Business Intelligence team, implement dashboards for Human Resources.
- By June 30th implement Banner 8 (+ ODS 8, EDW 8). (IN PROGRESS)
- By June 30th implement Cognos 8.3 MR1
- By June 30th implement the first phase of electronic forms.
- By June 30th implement new security options available within Banner.
- By June 30th implement TouchNet’s outsourced solutions for e-billing, parental access, and all credit card processing for the UST enterprise if requested by Business Affairs. (IN PROGRESS)
- By June 30th plan for the initial implementation of a large Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system. (CANCELED)
- By June 30th make planned progress on IRT Security plan objectives (IN PROGRESS)
